Returns

1. What is your return policy?

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or unsealed items.

Unused and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the item price (minus return shipping costs).

Refunds are issued after we receive and verify the returned merchandise.

For optimal safety and performance, please use only UL-certified USB power adapters with a maximum 5V/2A output along with the original UEROS charging cable. Always charge your device on a hard, flat surface like a nightstand - never on soft surfaces such as beds or carpets, as this may cause overheating.

We strongly advise against using third-party charging cables, even if they appear to fit, as differing current requirements between products can lead to overheating, cable damage, or product malfunction. These charging precautions help ensure your safety and maintain your product warranty.
